Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect with experience in public works to provide technical, economic, and documentary supervision of projects, as well as manage tenders. Coordination with public administrations, suppliers, and project teams We are looking for a Technical Architect to join a construction company specializing in public works, based in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid. This is a permanent position offering an annual gross salary between 30\.000 and 33\.000 euros, depending on experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical, economic, and documentary supervision of public works, as well as preparing and monitoring tenders. They will also manage certifications, applicable regulations, and technical documentation, and coordinate with public administrations, suppliers, and construction teams. Candidates must hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in the execution and management of public works. Familiarity with applicable regulations and experience in tendering processes is required. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, and MS Project is desirable. The working schedule is 40 hours per week, with the possibility of direct incorporation into a stable company undertaking significant public projects.
