STEF, a major European multinational leader in food logistics and transport, seeks to hire a Traffic Operator for its delegation located in the El Prat de Llobregat area. STEF, a specialist in transport and logistics activities, is looking for a TRAFFIC OPERATOR for its delegation in the El Prat de Llobregat area. This is an operational position within the transport department, where you will handle customer/provider requests and incidents to deliver the best possible service. Your mission: Manage routes and international groupage operations, monitoring assigned internal and external transport means according to activity volumes. Optimize space utilization along routes and improve route planning organization. Meet service quality standards and comply with customer-specific requirements regarding packaging and transport. Manage transport IT tools to ensure accurate reporting of information. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:00. What we are looking for: At least 1–2 years’ experience in the transport sector within a traffic department or similar role. Computer literacy. Ability to work with a certain degree of autonomy and self-responsibility. Strong communication skills are essential. English or French language proficiency is desirable.
