If you are motivated to join an established, dynamic, and continuously evolving company—where your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day operations of our store network—**this could be your place**. **The Role** We are seeking a **Labor Technician** to assume labor management responsibilities for a significant portion of our store network—approximately **400 people**. This will be a key position within the **Human Resources Administration** department, closely linked both to administrative labor management and daily support for stores and operational teams. We seek a candidate with experience in **personnel administration and payroll**, who is organized, rigorous, and solution-oriented, enjoys teamwork, and contributes solutions in a dynamic retail environment—where each day combines administration, labor regulations, and direct interaction with people. **What Will You Do Daily?** You will manage the administrative labor processes for part of our store network, ensuring agile, reliable, and legally compliant service. Your **main responsibilities** will include: * Managing the full labor lifecycle in **SAGE 200**: hiring, modifications, medical leaves (ITs), severance settlements, social security registrations, and other related processes. * Processing procedures via the **RED System**: affiliations, deregistrations, and contributions through SILTRA. * Formalizing employment contracts, annexes, extensions, and tracking expiration dates. * **Calculating and managing payroll, severance payments**, adjustments, and other related payments. * Providing support in resolving **labor-related inquiries**, including collective bargaining agreements, leave requests, disciplinary actions, labor inspections, and other everyday situations. * Responding to inquiries from stores and Area Manager teams via phone and email. * Collaborating with the HR team to ensure rigorous, approachable, and service-oriented labor management. **What Are We Looking For?** We aim to hire a candidate with solid experience in labor management, combining technical knowledge, organizational ability, and strong internal customer orientation.
