REIR is seeking a social educator or a similar profile to coordinate and implement the socioeducational project "Dinem Junts", aimed at young people referred by social services. The project provides a safe space for accompaniment during lunchtime, combining attention to nutritional needs with the facilitation of activities and work on habits, autonomy, and coexistence.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and organize the project’s daily operations.
* Provide socioeducational support to participating young people.
* Facilitate the dining area and subsequent activities.
* Promote healthy habits, autonomy, responsibility, and coexistence.
* Identify needs and potential situations of vulnerability.
* Conduct individual and group follow-up of participants.
* Coordinate with social services, the professional team, and other involved stakeholders.
* Prepare records, follow-ups, assessments, and project documentation.
* Ensure achievement of objectives and proper functioning of the service.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in social dining projects, open environments, or community-based interventions.
* Experience in coordinating services or teams.
* Knowledge of the local social and educational network.
* Residence in Montornès del Vallès or nearby municipalities.
* Initiative, autonomy, and sensitivity toward situations of social vulnerability.
**Offered**
* Contract tied to the duration of the project.
* Weekly working hours: 15.
* Main schedule: lunchtime, Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
* Start date: September 21, 2026.
* Integration into an established socioeducational project.
* Remuneration according to the Social Action Collective Agreement (€767.40 gross per month).

**Requirements**
* University degree in Social Education or equivalent, **or professional authorization to practice the profession granted by any state-level professional association of social educators**.
* Experience in socioeducational intervention with adolescents and young people.
* Ability to coordinate, organize, and manage groups.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
* Updated Certificate of No Sexual Offences.
