Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Supervisor to manage hotel renovation projects, lead teams, plan, and ensure on-site project execution. Key Highlights: 1. Manages hotel renovation projects, supervising trades and subcontractors. 2. Responsible for leading teams and ensuring project deadlines and quality on site. 3. Daily coordination of work crews, technical control, and logistics management. As a Site Supervisor, you will assume full responsibility for managing hotel renovation projects, overseeing all trades/subcontractors to ensure their assigned tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for leading teams, planning, and guaranteeing that projects are executed according to established deadlines and quality standards, reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position. You will be the highest on-site authority, coordinating human and material resources to ensure YAMARQ projects are executed with maximum quality and within the scheduled timeframe. Your main responsibilities: * Operational management: Daily coordination of in-house and subcontracted work crews. * Construction supervision: Technical oversight of execution and layout verification. * Local logistics: Management of material orders and deliveries, coordinated with our Purchasing Department. * Safety: Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). * Liaison: Direct reporting to the Technical Director on milestone progress. What qualifications are we looking for? * Residence: Preferably residing in Barcelona or its province (proximity to the metropolitan area) to ensure agility in travel. * Experience: Across all phases of renovation works, including masonry, tiling, installations, painting, etc. * Ability to plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously, meet established deadlines, and manage resources effectively. * Education: Specific PRL course (20 hours); Preventive Resource course (60 hours) is a plus. * Profile: A person with strong character, leadership ability, and excellent blueprint reading skills.
