Job Summary: This position involves the assembly and installation of partitions and aluminum structures, coordinating with teams to ensure quality and adaptability in each project, with possible responsibilities for coordination and management. Possible responsibilities for team coordination and client management The role entails assembling and installing partitions and aluminum structures for offices and workspaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and proper adaptation to each project. Work is carried out in coordination with technical and construction teams to meet established standards and guarantee efficient deliveries. Depending on demand, responsibilities may also include team coordination, client contact, and supplier management, supporting planning and execution of works. Main tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, assembling and installing partitions and structures, verifying measurements, adjusting materials on-site, and maintaining communication with clients and suppliers. More than five years of experience in similar roles is required (practical experience is valued over formal qualifications), along with availability to work on Saturdays or overtime, and willingness to travel outside Barcelona. Occupational risk prevention training courses are considered an advantage. In addition to technical knowledge, teamwork skills, task coordination abilities, and communication skills with clients and suppliers are essential. Leadership capability, problem-solving skills, and organizational ability are sought. Permanent contract, full-time working hours, and an annual salary of 30\.000 €.
