You will act as an expert in designing experiences for core skills (AI & Digital, Retail, Product, Leadership) and be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of processes and data in Workday for area reporting. * Lead the roadmap of core skills development initiatives: AI & Digital, Retail, Product, and Leadership (programs, experiences, technology). * Ensure a 360-degree experience across learning programs: needs identification, design, delivery, rollout, impact measurement, and continuous improvement. * Build tailored development pathways for key groups (managers, new hires, future leaders, etc.). * Analyze, design, and implement improvements to L&D processes—with focus on efficiency, candidate and employee experience, and alignment with company strategy. * Analyze metrics and identify insights and best practices from other companies to propose actions for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with teams to foster adoption of new tools and processes (HRIS, Talent, Internal Communications, Business). * Act as Key User of Workday for L&D; ensure data quality and consistency in Workday and associated tools. * Build and maintain L&D KPI dashboards: participation rates, NPS/satisfaction, perceived quality, total learning hours, cost per learner, etc. * You will be responsible for managing the L&D budget—ensuring accurate recurring budget reporting and minimizing potential deviations. * Be an active change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the Talent function. ABOUT YOU: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * 3–4 years’ experience in People functions, particularly in process improvement, project management, training and development skills, etc. Consulting experience is a plus. * Experience in Learning & Development functions. * Analytical mindset, oriented toward efficiency and continuous improvement; proactive, self-motivated, energetic, and possessing strong communication and influencing skills. * Motivated to contribute to transforming the L&D function into a more agile, innovative, and high-value-adding function. * Passionate about the People domain and enjoy designing learning experiences. * Advanced level of English. * Knowledge of Workday and other global talent management systems is highly valued.
