Do you have experience as a workshop supervisor and possess a solution-oriented and organized mindset? **This is your opportunity!** We are seeking our next **Workshop Manager.** What will you do as our Workshop Supervisor? * Motivate the team to maintain performance and foster a positive work environment. * Coordinate and support the team of mechanics. * Identify potential improvements to increase productivity and correct actions that may negatively affect it. * Coordinate motorcycle entry and exit. * Prepare and approve repair and vehicle maintenance budgets. * Maintain contact with suppliers (track incidents, complaints, warranties, etc.). * Place and receive orders for materials and spare parts. * Resolve technical questions regarding vehicles. * Manage the internal fleet tracking program. * Implement and verify that vehicle maintenance plans follow the company’s protocol. * Organize preventive maintenance campaigns. What are we looking for in your profile as Workshop Manager? * Required: **Mechanical training.** * Experience in a workshop of **at least 5 years.** * Proactive and dynamic attitude. * Communication skills, stress management, and organizational abilities.
