Position Summary: ROSA CLARÁ is seeking an experienced Atelier Manager with in-depth knowledge of haute couture to lead and supervise the team, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate the atelier team in a haute couture environment. 2. Ensure quality and timeliness in fittings and atelier processes. 3. Collaborate closely with management to ensure efficient organization. ROSA CLARÁ is looking for an Atelier Manager with experience and strong expertise in haute couture for its store atelier located in Barcelona. **Responsibilities:** * Guide, coordinate, and supervise the atelier team’s work while fostering a positive working environment. * Evaluate atelier products and processes. * Identify and proactively address potential issues and workload fluctuations. * Adjust the team’s workflow pace according to the fitting schedule. * Perform and supervise marked alterations on dresses, meeting established deadlines. * Support fitting advisors by inspecting and reviewing dresses received from central distribution to ensure compliance with defined quality standards. * Collaborate with the Store Director to organize timely alterations. * Perform ironing tasks. * Supervise deliveries. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in a similar role is highly valued. * Education: Pattern Making and Garment Construction. * Extensive experience in sewing and operation of all necessary machinery and tools (flatbed\- overlock/serger \- blindstitch). * Experience in bridal wear, party dresses, or similar fields is advantageous. * A responsible, solution-oriented individual focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
