You will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and evolving Microsoft-related areas focused on enterprise solution development: Custom, Analytics & Reporting, Intranet, and Power Platform. Your mission will be to lead, strengthen, and transform the Microsoft solutions supporting Deloitte’s internal processes—accelerating time-to-market, promoting best practices, facilitating technological modernization, and enhancing the use of AI throughout the development lifecycle. What is the challenge? You will lead teams in Custom (.NET/Angular development and modernization), Analytics & Reporting, Intranet, and Power Platform—providing strategic vision, driving their evolution, and improving their ways of working. You will collaborate closely with Solution Designers to ensure that technological decisions, corporate architecture, and defined practices are correctly applied in development efforts. You will drive the creation and consolidation of the Power Platform practice within the Microsoft team. You will promote acceleration of migration toward an enterprise architecture and adoption of modern development practices—including AI usage (GitHub Copilot, automations, etc.). You will work hand-in-hand with leaders from other areas to identify improvements, promote evolution, and contribute to reducing incident volume—ensuring compliance with technological and cybersecurity standards. You will participate in area meetings, overseeing proper project execution and adherence to standards. You will play a key role in ensuring appropriate management of Microsoft project budgets, collaborating with Project Delivery Managers to guarantee budget compliance. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration, helping your team grow professionally. How do we imagine you? We want a person committed to excellence and skilled at translating business needs into high-quality technical solutions—focused on continuous improvement. **Technical and Professional Requirements:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications, or equivalent; or University Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines. High level of English (B2+) and fluency in Spanish. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft environments, leading teams and large-scale migrations. Prior experience developing applications using technologies such as .NET, Angular, Azure PaaS, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Solid knowledge of enterprise analytics models (SQL Server, on-premises DWH, metadata-driven ETLs). **Experience in:** Technology project management, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing third-party vendors. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with traditional methodologies (CMMI, PMP). **We Value Positively:** Experience in corporate environments with multiple solutions. Experience participating in evolution processes toward cloud models, e.g., on-premises to PaaS in Microsoft environments. Knowledge of high-availability architectures, software architectures, data analytics, and cloud environments. Coordination of cross-functional teams (Cybersecurity, Architecture, etc.).
