




Job Summary: We are seeking an Instructor with experience to deliver face-to-face and virtual training in enterprise simulation and manage administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching in enterprise simulation 2. Management of the simulated company 3. Development of training materials and assessment We require an instructor for the program "Enterprise Simulation for Educational Purposes". Candidates must possess the required teaching competence and professional experience to deliver the competency units of the Professional Certificate in Administrative Management Activities. • Teaching in enterprise simulation: Deliver face-to-face and virtual training using the simulation methodology, including creation of materials, lesson planning, and assessment in accordance with FPO regulations. • Management of the simulated company: Design and coordinate administrative workflows and training workstations, managing resources from the simulation center and the network of simulated companies. * 24 months of experience. OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY). * Bachelor's degree – Business Administration and Management – Business Sciences * Bachelor's degree – Economics * Bachelor's or engineering degree – Business Administration and Management – Business Sciences * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: • Teaching accreditation: Meet professional experience and pedagogical competence requirements as stipulated in RD 34/2008 and RD 645/2011\. • Specialization: Must demonstrate competence in the following units of CP ADGD0308 (Administrative Management Activities): o Accounting/Personnel Area: Treasury (UC0979\_2\), Personnel Assistant (UC0980\_2\), and Accounting Records (UC0981\_2\). o Training/Projects Area: Data Entry (UC0973\_1\) and Office Applications (UC0233\_2\). * Temporary employment contract (8 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 3082 * Other relevant information: SCHEDULE: Morning and afternoon.
