The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of industrial machinery and equipment through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks, guaranteeing production continuity while complying with quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial mechanical equipment. * Diagnose faults and propose effective solutions to minimize downtime. * Adjust, repair, and replace mechanical components (bearings, gears, shafts, etc.). * Collaborate in continuous improvement of processes and equipment. * Comply with safety protocols and applicable regulations. * Record interventions in the maintenance management system. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical education in **Industrial Mechanics**, **Electromechanics**, or related field. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial environments. * Knowledge of interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics. * Proficiency in using tools and measurement equipment. * Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Equal opportunities** ----------------------- Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.
