At Voltes, we are expanding our team and looking for a Civil Engineering Site Manager to execute projects independently, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and schedule standards. Main Responsibilities: • Organization, control and daily monitoring of the construction site. • Weekly work planning. • Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and in-house personnel. • Control of production, schedules and execution quality. • Supply management. • Implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety regulations. • Reporting and direct coordination with the Site Manager. * Experience: 1 year. Requirements: • Demonstrable experience as a Civil Engineering Site Manager. • Decision-making autonomy. • Knowledge of construction processes and site planning. • Leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills. • Technical training in civil engineering or construction is desirable. • Proficiency with electronic tools (mobile phone, tablet, computer) is desirable. • Residence in the Barcelona area or willingness to commute. * Vocational Training Qualification – Intermediate Level * Driving License: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Additional Information of Interest: • Stable incorporation into an established company. • Continuous civil engineering projects. • Autonomy on site and technical support. • Competitive remuneration based on experience.
