Description

This position is aimed at nursing or physiotherapy professionals with experience in managing patients with respiratory pathologies. Care is provided at the patient's home, both for acute and chronic cases, and includes installing and inspecting equipment such as oxygen therapy and ventilatory support, coordinating treatment with other healthcare professionals, performing diagnostic tests for respiratory and sleep disorders, and training patients and their families on the correct use of equipment and safety measures. Continuous clinical follow-up and support in general care are also provided, prioritizing patient well-being and quality of life. The work environment is primarily in the patient's home within the Sant Just Desvern area and surrounding regions of Catalonia, although travel to hospital centers may be required depending on clinical needs. We seek an autonomous individual with strong patient orientation and excellent communication skills, as direct contact with patients and their families is constant. Prior experience in home-based care, pneumology, mechanical ventilation, or respiratory physiotherapy is valued, as is training in caring for chronic patients. A valid driver's license is required. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with a shift duty system (one week every two months) and an approximate annual gross salary of 30\.000 €. Prior experience in home-based care (desirable). Experience in pneumology, mechanical ventilation, or respiratory physiotherapy. Training in managing chronic patients. Valid driver's license.
