Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and autonomous concierges to join a team in a Homeowners' Association, performing reception, cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Initiative and problem-solving skills valued We are looking for concierge profiles to form a team in a Homeowners' Association located in the Esplugues de Llobregat area (Barcelona). INDEFINITE CONTRACT. We seek responsible individuals capable of working autonomously. Immediate availability required. Reception and Concierge Duties Cleaning and maintenance tasks Supervision and coordination of repair and industrial facility maintenance staff Minor repairs (plumbing, painting, locksmithing, electricity) Incident logging, reporting, and tracking * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Competencies / Knowledge: Responsible person with good appearance Manual dexterity and organizational ability Initiative and problem-solving skills Punctuality, courtesy, and discretion Attention to detail Experience is preferred but NOT mandatory Disability certificate * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time schedule * Monthly gross salary ranging from '1200' to '1400'
