Tutoring and mentoring to improve employability 1 TECHNICIAN / COORDINATOR FOR EMPLOYMENT PLANS for the Montcada i Reixac City Council. Maximum contract duration: 12 months. Approximate start date: 15/06/2026. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: \- Individuals registered as unemployed jobseekers (DONO) or registered as individuals seeking to improve their employment status with the Catalan Employment Service (SOC) at the time of application to the employment programme. This status must be maintained until the date of incorporation into the workplace. \- Official university degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma), preferably in Social Sciences. Foreign applicants must hold a qualification recognized in Spain, in accordance with current regulations on academic recognition, or have obtained official homologation from the competent authority. \- Documentary proof of minimum C1 level in Catalan language or equivalent. (\*) \- Documentary proof of digital competencies: certificates of digital competency training comprising 30 or more hours, ACTIC Intermediate or higher (or equivalent). To properly carry out these duties, the candidate must demonstrate communicative skills, goal-oriented attitude, and ability to work effectively in teams. The technician will be based at the Local Economic Development Department, Alt de Sant Pere Street, 73, Montcada i Reixac. * Bachelor’s Degree * Catalan (spoken: intermediate; written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Documentary proof of digital competencies * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2533 * Additional information: Approximate gross salary of €2533 plus two extra payments per year, in accordance with Royal Decree 8/2010.
