The position mainly involves **attending to customers in a friendly and courteous manner**, both by telephone and in person. We are looking for someone who knows how to listen, has patience, and cares about understanding each person’s needs in order to assist them as effectively as possible. It is a plus if you like cars or have curiosity about mechanics, but **this is not a mandatory requirement**. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn and to do the job well. Technical knowledge is gradually acquired through daily experience. In this role, it will also be important to monitor **telephone calls**, attend to customers visiting the scrapyard, and **respond clearly and honestly to their needs**, always with team support when necessary.
