Whether you're analysing clinical trial data, operational metrics, or business performance, we welcome analysts who thrive in collaborative, curiosity\-driven environments and can translate complex datasets into clarity. #### **Responsibilities** **What You’ll Do** * Design and develop **interactive dashboards and reports** in **Power BI** that provide clear insights to stakeholders and support data\-driven decision\-making. * Build **ETL pipelines and data transformations** using **Python** to prepare and process structured and unstructured data. * Analyse **large datasets** to identify trends, anomalies, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation or improvement. * Collaborate with **Data Engineers** and **Business Stakeholders** to understand analytical requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Create **reusable data models and calculations**in Power BI and supporting data infrastructure to enable self\-service analytics. * Perform **exploratory data analysis (EDA)** and statistical analysis using Python (pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit\-learn). * Document **data lineage, assumptions, and methodologies** to ensure transparency and reproducibility in analytical work. * Support **data quality initiatives**, identify data issues, and collaborate on data governance improvements. * Present **findings and recommendations** to technical and non\-technical audiences with clarity and impact. * Apply good practices around **testing, version control, and documentation** for analytical code and models. #### **Requirements \- Must have** **What We’re Looking For** We’re committed to building a skilled and diverse engineering team.
