Flexible working hours and intensive Fridays. **Jobs by Adlanter** is recruiting for one of our clients—a company specializing in the circular economy—to reinforce its central offices in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona)—a: **Purchasing Administrator** The selected candidate, in collaboration with the rest of the team, will be responsible for, among other administrative tasks: * Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating rates. * Supplier qualification. * Contracts with **suppliers**, including ESG clauses. * Accounting for supplier invoices. * Monitoring and requesting AEAT/TGSS certificates. We are looking for a candidate with **administrative education and experience** commensurate with the role, preferably acquired in **purchasing** and/or **supplier management** departments; knowledge of accounting and proficiency in office software tools will be considered a strong asset.
