Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping tasks and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move freely within their area and take action as needed. Whether responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, or performing other similar housekeeping duties, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that hotel spaces contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
