**Job Description**
At **Eines per Tothom**, we are seeking an organized, solution-oriented individual with strong digital competencies to join our Training Department.
The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving and supporting users of the training space, recruiting and informing potential participants, and managing the administrative and documentary aspects of training courses.
We seek a person who is approachable, socially sensitive, and capable of supporting individuals with diverse educational and professional backgrounds, facilitating their access to our training programs.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide in-person, telephone, and email support to users of the Aletheia Space.
* Inform users about courses, admission requirements, schedules, and registration procedures.
* Manage and track information requests and pre-registrations.
* Support course promotion via email, telephone, forms, databases, and digital channels.
* Confirm enrollments and maintain communication with participants.
* Send reminders regarding documentation, interviews, informational sessions, and course start dates.
* Conduct the initial welcome and orientation for students.
* Manage course registrations, enrollments, and withdrawals.
* Collect, review, and archive student documentation.
* Keep student files and databases up to date.
* Prepare lists, attendance sheets, calendars, certificates, and other training-related documentation.
* Enter and update data in the platforms of various programs.
* Provide documentary support during course preparation, implementation, and justification.
* Coordinate with management, teaching staff, and other professionals within the organization.
* Monitor deadlines and identify pending documentation.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in training centers, occupational programs, or subsidized projects.
* Familiarity with documentation related to SOC, FOAP, professional certifications, or similar programs.
* Experience in student recruitment and follow-up.
* Knowledge of the social third sector.
* Experience supporting individuals with interrupted educational or professional trajectories.
**Offer**
* **Working hours:** Full-time.
* **Schedule:** To be determined (approximately 9:00–18:00 for user support).
* **Workplace:** Granollers.
* **Contract type:** Indefinite-term.
* **Expected start date:** September 2026.
* **Salary:** According to the Catalonia Social Action Collective Agreement (€26,000 gross annual salary).

**Requirements**
* Education in administration, management, public service, or related fields.
* Experience in administrative tasks, document management, and interpersonal support.
* Strong organizational, planning, and task-follow-up skills, with rigor and attention to detail.
* Communication skills, empathetic interpersonal approach, autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
* Digital competencies for working with forms, databases, shared documents, calendars, and management platforms.
* Sensitivity toward individuals in vulnerable situations or facing barriers to accessing education and employment.
* Familiarity with training program management platforms.
