Customer service (phone and email), supplier support, management of incoming and outgoing delivery notes (document management and inventory management), order management, dock management, transport coordination, and administrative control and support. * Experience: 2 years. Minimum two years of experience in the logistics and transport sector from an administrative perspective. * Higher Vocational Training Qualification (FP de Grau Superior) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * English (spoken: basic, written: basic) * Competencies / knowledge: Self-confidence, organizational ability, self-control, empathy, courtesy, punctuality.
