If you are a recent graduate or have completed your studies within the last three years and are seeking an opportunity to train, develop professionally, and gain real-world experience in a corporate and international environment, this position may be right for you! **What We Offer:** * A 12-month full-time training contract. * The opportunity to contribute to some of the world’s most important challenges by helping our customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy, and healthier environments. * A dynamic, collaborative work environment with continuous learning. * The chance to apply and expand your knowledge within a company committed to the growth and development of its talent. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management and updating of Health & Safety, Operations, and other administrative documentation. * Coordination of requests with internal clients, external suppliers, and other third parties. * Uploading, reviewing, and tracking documentation across multiple client platforms. * Prioritizing and managing a high volume of requests, ensuring adherence to deadlines and urgency requirements. * Serving as the point of contact for inquiries related to access permissions and operational documentation. * Supporting the team with administrative tasks, case tracking, and process improvement. * Communicating with the Ecolab district and clients regarding documentation exchange, emergency management, and access status tracking. * Reviewing, controlling, and tracking documentation related to: * Company: AEAT certificates, risk assessments, prevention plans, insurance policies, client forms, etc. * Internal employees and subcontractors: medical examinations, personal protective equipment (PPE), safety training, risk assessments. * Vehicles and work equipment: driving licenses, technical specifications, insurance policies, inspections, among others. * Managing status changes for employees, subcontractors, vehicles, and equipment, as well as role assignments on client platforms. **Requirements:** * Vocational training (FP) at intermediate or advanced level in Administration, Administration and Finance, or similar (PRL orientation is desirable). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor in document management. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. * Good communication skills and comfort interacting with internal and external clients. * Teamwork, initiative, and a collaborative attitude. * English proficiency is valued but not mandatory.
