Discover all we can achieve together! **About the Position** Within the **Organization and People** area, the **Recruitment and Talent Department** works daily to attract, develop, and support top talent. Our commitment to excellence and innovation drives continued growth. We are expanding the department and require a junior recruitment profile to work full-time. **A degree or bachelor’s in Psychology or Human Resources (not Labor Relations, Clinical Psychology, or other disciplines) is mandatory. As a **Recruitment Technician**, you will play a key role in ensuring **proactive** and strategic recruitment of professionals. Your mission will be to **anticipate** the needs of our internal and external clients and strengthen our talent pipeline, enabling us to respond with **agility** to current and future projects. **What will you do? Under the supervision of the Head of the Recruitment and Talent Department, your responsibilities will include:** * End-to-end management of recruitment processes for Chemical Engineering profiles. * Continuous active candidate sourcing and maintenance of an up-to-date strategic talent database. * Tracking potential candidates to link them with future opportunities. * CV formatting. * Reporting on the status of applications and processes to your supervisor. **What are we looking for?** * Proactivity, strategic thinking, and results orientation. * Autonomy in day-to-day management and ability to prioritize tasks, projects, or work within defined timeframes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments. * Judgment and sensitivity to identify talent aligned with our needs and culture. * Collaborative attitude and team-oriented mindset. * Ability to maintain the confidentiality required by the Recruitment and Talent Department. **What do we offer?** **Permanent contract, 40 hours per week, with flexible start and end times. A Master’s in HR is desirable. (Other disciplines such as Labor Relations, Law, etc., are not considered.)** * **Two years’ experience recruiting technical profiles, preferably engineers. (Applications without experience will not be considered.)** * **ATS proficiency (we use Bizneo). Candidate database management.** * **LinkedIn proficiency and Recruiter license.** * Experience in **personnel selection techniques and processes.** * **Native-level Spanish and intermediate English (language test required).
