Summary: Seeking a Creative Production / Operations Manager to own the creative pipeline, ensuring efficient workflow, timely stakeholder deliverables, and a bottleneck-free creative machine for a hyper-growth DTC brand. We’re a hyper\-growth DTC brand scaling toward 9 figures and looking for a **Creative Production / Operations Manager** to own the full creative pipeline. Your mission is simple: ensure ideas move fast, stakeholders deliver on time, and the creative machine runs with zero bottlenecks. You’ll be the operational backbone of the Creative Department — coordinating copywriters, UGC creators, editors, and media buyers to ensure output, smooth flow, speed, and quality. **What You’ll Own (Responsibilities)** -------------------------------------- * Oversee all tasks **end\-to\-end in the creative pipeline** (ideas scripts content creation editing launch). * Follow up with all stakeholders (Copywriter, UGC Manager, Editor, Media Buyer) to ensure deliverables move on time. * Ensure all creative SLAs are honored — no delays, no bottlenecks. * Maintain excellent **ClickUp hygiene** across the creative production board. * Audit existing processes weekly and propose improvements. * Identify bottlenecks early and escalate to the Creative Director immediately. * Track and report **weekly KPIs**, including: * + Script Editing lead time + Script Launch lead time + Idea Launch cycle time + Revision counts + Output volume per creator/editor * Ensure all assets are properly tagged, named, uploaded, and stored in the correct libraries. * Be the communication bridge between Creative, Production, and Performance teams. **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- * 1–3\+ years experience in **creative operations**, **production management**, or **project management** (we’re only looking for candidates with extensive Direct To Consumer Brand or UGC creative agency experience). * Strong operational discipline — you love tracking deadlines, improving workflows, and pushing projects to completion. * Experience using **ClickUp**, Asana, Notion, or similar PM tools. * Extremely organized, fast communicator, and detail\-obsessed. * Comfortable coordinating multiple teams and dozens of simultaneous projects. * Performance mindset — you understand how creative affects paid media results. * Zero\-ego operator — you keep the machine running no matter what. **You’ll Thrive Here If** ------------------------- * You operate with **Speed \> Perfection**. * You love structure, organization, and turning chaos into clean systems. * You enjoy being in constant communication with stakeholders. * You want to grow into a senior Creative Operations leadership role. * You take pride in hitting deadlines and delivering consistency. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive salary based on experience * A high\-performance, fast\-moving environment * Growth path into Creative Ops Lead / Production Director * Work alongside top creative talent, dermatologists, and world\-class media buyers * Full autonomy and the ability to implement your own systems
