Manage and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and scientific societies in the respective therapeutic area, ensuring solid scientific dialogue as well as balanced presentation and dissemination of scientific information about the therapeutic area's medicines. Lead, develop, and implement key national medical events such as symposia, medical stand-alone meetings, or advisory boards, aligned with other functions. Maintain high-level scientific knowledge of the therapeutic area, stay updated on cutting-edge research and medicines, attend appropriate national and international meetings and congresses to gather relevant strategic information and for personal training. Stay informed about the pharmaceutical, political, and healthcare environment by analyzing and assessing possible changes and future trends. Prepare, understand, and lead potential new products for the company’s portfolio. Define, promote, and execute the publication plan, including abstract submissions to scientific congresses and generation of peer-reviewed publications. Promote the conduct of local scientific studies and projects such as observational studies and IIS (Investigator Initiated Studies), as well as participation of local centers in international studies, according to the research and development strategy of the respective therapeutic area’s products, complying with healthcare regulations and Chiesi policies. Support the local clinical operations team in executing both local and global clinical studies. Provide objective and balanced medical/scientific information to both internal and external customers, including medical information activities. Create and develop the medical communication plan for external stakeholders. Work closely with the marketing and sales departments, collaborating in the design and review of promotional and educational materials, disease and product presentations, and providing scientific support to the product manager. Review the content of promotional materials to ensure that information and messaging for the respective national environment are medically and scientifically accurate and relevant, presented in an appropriate context, and consistent with local medical practices. Support the development of regional MSL plans and align them with national and international medical strategy plans. Proactively and regularly collaborate with the Pricing and Market Access department, providing scientific arguments in ministerial and regional negotiation processes, supporting the development of value proposals to health authorities, and keeping the product value dossier up to date. Facilitate the scientific-technical foundation for adequate internal Chiesi staff training on the medical and scientific aspects of the respective therapeutic area’s products. Manage relationships with corresponding corporate departments in the respective therapeutic area. Lead, motivate, and develop the team under their responsibility, ensuring alignment with AIR area strategic objectives and fostering their professional growth. Responsibilities • Advising Operations Managers on Labor Relations and Personnel Administration. * Continuous collaboration with Operations Management to develop strategies and plans regarding Human Resources. * Representing the company in meetings with employee committees and labor unions. * Analysis of KPIs (absenteeism, turnover, FTEs, productivity, etc.), investigation of their causes, and proposal of action plans. * Monitoring action plans aimed at improving productivity. Identifying needs, training programs, and development initiatives. * Advising on compensation policies and labor law matters.
