Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for the funeral services sector, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, work order management, and incident resolution. Incident resolution We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a funeral services company based in Alcobendas. Main responsibilities will include preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. This covers electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, as well as work order management and activity logging in the CMMS system. Additionally, tools and equipment must be maintained in optimal condition, and incidents must be resolved to ensure comprehensive building maintenance. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * We seek an individual holding a valid driver's license and possessing their own vehicle. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is considered an advantage. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
