Your mission is to ensure the daily flow at our headquarters remains agile, professional, and vibrant—upholding the operational excellence that defines us. **What will your challenges be?** * Manage the telephone switchboard, professionally screening and routing calls. * Welcome visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a warm and well-organized reception. * Coordinate the receipt, registration, and dispatch of parcels and correspondence. * Provide support for general administrative tasks, including meeting room management, office supply procurement, and maintaining order in common areas. * Collaborate with the People team to ensure an outstanding employee experience in the office. * Serve as the primary contact point for any facility-related needs or incidents. **What would we like to see in you?** * Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. * Proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) at the user level. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Mandatory availability to cover the on-site working hours from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. * Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving orientation. **What do we offer you?** * **Autonomy and Genuine Flexibility:** Intensive workday every Friday throughout the year and reduced working hours during summer (July and August). * **Free Elite Training:** Unlimited, free access to all our Master’s programs in SEO, AI, and Business.
