At ADDIENT, we are seeking an organized, friendly individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a Receptionist. You will be the company's first point of contact, responsible for providing professional service to clients, suppliers, and visitors, as well as supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Receive and attend to client and visitor calls in a courteous and professional manner.
* Manage telephone calls and emails via the switchboard.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and meeting room bookings.
* Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document management, or travel arrangements.
* Oversee office operations, control access to facilities, and handle general inquiries.
* Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
* University degree or vocational training in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
* Prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).
* Proficiency in office software, especially Microsoft Office.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and time management skills.
