We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral approach, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking an **HR and Labor Relations Technician** to join our **People** department at our Central Office in **Barcelona**. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate recruitment and development strategies to attract, identify, hire, and retain talent aligned with business needs and company culture. * Coordinate initiatives and processes with talent managers and production leads across various People-related operational and follow-up activities. * Support the management and coordination of the company’s labor relations. * Supervise and review payroll processing, collaborating with external advisory services. * Prepare for and participate in conciliation proceedings, litigation, and negotiations with trade unions (including attendance at CMAC hearings). * Monitor compliance with current labor legislation. * Process severance settlements and dismissal letters, supported by senior technical staff. * Participate in managing the company’s collective bargaining agreement and its regulatory application. * Address labor-related inquiries and provide support to various departments. * Collaborate in labor inspections or audits. **Requirements** * Degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE)**, **Labor Relations**, **Law**, or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the same role.
