Job Summary: We are seeking an IV Gamma Operative to perform food product preparation tasks, cleaning, peeling, and cutting for orders, ensuring quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food product handling and preparation 2. Quality verification and incident tracking 3. Maintenance of tools and work areas A Barcelona-based food products company requires IV Gamma Operative staff. Integral Plus is a program of the SOC, and candidates must be in long-term unemployment status (aged 30 or older) or unemployed for 45 years or more. Candidates must be registered at the SOC employment office as unemployed job seekers (DONO). The selected candidate will carry out preparation tasks including washing, peeling, and cutting products for orders. 1\- Collect and gather all required products to fulfill customer orders. 2\- Wash, peel, cut, and package products for orders. 3\- Verify products regarding format, expiry date, and labeling to ensure compliance with the group's quality standards. 4\- Report detected product incidents for follow-up and documentation. 5\- Assemble boxes containing orders for proper subsequent transportation management. 6\- Maintain tools and work areas in optimal condition to preserve quality. 7\- Assume and carry out any tasks deemed necessary within the department to guarantee proper functioning. 8\- Develop skills to perform basic, repetitive, and manual work activities. 9\- Understand one's own tasks and possess basic awareness of the work carried out by other team members. * Minimum 1 year of experience; experience in similar positions. Experience related to the food sector will be positively considered. * Compulsory Secondary Education Certificate * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Quality orientation. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time working hours * Other relevant information: Remuneration: €17,733 annually. Night shift allowance for night shifts. Afternoon shift: from 12:00 to 21:00 with 1 hour for lunch. Night shift: from 16:00 to 01:00 with 1 hour for dinner.
