Development of manual skills and teamwork **Job Description** A food products company in Barcelona requires IV Gamma Operative Staff. Integral Plus is a program of the SOC, and candidates must be in a situation of long-term unemployment aged 30 or over, or unemployed aged 45 or over. They must be registered at the SOC employment office as unemployed jobseekers (DONO). The selected candidate will carry out product preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting according to orders. **Detailed Job Responsibilities** 1\- Collect and gather all products required to fulfill customer orders. 2\- Wash, peel, cut, and package products for orders. 3\- Verify products regarding format, expiry date, and labeling to ensure compliance with group quality standards. 4\- Report detected product incidents for follow-up and tracking. 5\- Assemble boxes containing orders for proper subsequent transport management. 6\- Maintain tools and work areas in optimal condition to preserve quality. 7\- Assume and perform tasks deemed necessary within the department to guarantee proper operation. 8\- Develop skills to perform basic, repetitive, and manual work activities. 9\- Understand one’s own tasks and possess basic awareness of work performed by other team members. **Requirements** * 1 year of experience. Experience in similar positions. Experience related to the food industry will be positively considered. * Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) with official qualification * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Microsoft Office (basic level) \+ PDA. Impact on personal work efficiency and accuracy. Requires basic communication and common courtesy skills. Use defined procedures to perform simple tasks. Night shift allowance for night shifts. Afternoon shift: from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with 1 hour for lunch. * Night shift: from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with 1 hour for dinner.
