




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative staff member to support transportation and logistics activities, handling documentation, customer inquiries, incidents, and daily departmental operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages carrier documentation and handles customer inquiries. 2. Manages daily operations and stock control. 3. Proactivity, organization, and problem-solving skills. We need a person to perform administrative and support tasks in the transportation and logistics area. The role involves managing documentation related to carriers and handling customer inquiries and incidents. You will also be responsible for daily operational management, including data entry into the computer system. This entails recording goods receipts and dispatches, managing orders, performing necessary manipulations, and maintaining stock control. Additionally, you will organize and archive all administrative documentation of the department. Organizational skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability are highly valued. The contract is temporary and part-time. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification (FP 1\) or equivalent is required, along with at least two years of demonstrable experience in administrative roles, preferably within the logistics sector or warehouse environments. Advanced proficiency in basic computer tools, including the Office suite, is essential. Knowledge of French and/or English, as well as prior experience in managing logistics information systems, will be considered advantageous. We seek a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and strong incident resolution capabilities.
