We deliver a highly technical, personalized, and operationally focused service for complex transactions: non\-resident lending, corporate structures, multi\-income arrangements, and cross\-border banking. Miraya is regulated by the Bank of Spain and registered as a Real Estate Credit Intermediary under registration number E416\. Role We seek a professional with solid experience in financial \& mortgage advisory, private banking for expatriates, non\-resident financing, or international client relationship management—capable of leading high-value transactions with a strategic, technical, and highly personalized approach. The role entails structuring and executing complex transactions, representing Miraya before national and international lenders, and ensuring a premium client experience aligned with the firm’s institutional standards. Key Responsibilities * Advise international clients (UK, DE, NL, FR, Nordics, LATAM) on high-value real estate financing transactions. * Analyze and structure complex transactions: international income sources, corporate structures, non-standard profiles, and cross\-border financing. * Interact directly with commercial banks and private banks, negotiating terms and exceptions with risk departments. * Accompany clients throughout the entire process: onboarding, analysis, structuring, term sheet, negotiation, and closing. * Coordinate with Business Development and Back Office teams to ensure efficient execution and operational visibility. * Represent the Miraya brand with an institutional, sophisticated, and results-oriented approach. Requirements * 5\+ years of experience in international mortgage advisory, non\-resident private banking, expatriate wealth planning, or brokerage specialized in international clients. * Demonstrable experience managing complex transactions and HNWI/UHNWI clients. * Proven ability to negotiate with bank risk departments and international institutions. * Advanced English (C1 or higher); additional languages are valued. * Commercial profile with strong client orientation, autonomy, and excellence in relationship management.
