This role is essential to ensure a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for employees, customers, owners, and tenants. ***Important: Must be self-employed*** **Responsibilities:** Clean the room that has become vacant for the next tenant. Notify the manager of any cohabitation issues / rules violations in the apartment. Disinfect all surfaces. Perform cleaning of all interior areas of rented apartments. **Requirements:** Previous experience in cleaning tasks, preferably in the residential or rental sector. Knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques and products for different types of surfaces and materials. Attention to detail and ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
