We are looking for a **Night Receptionist** at our hostel to assist guests and ensure the proper operation of the accommodation during the night shift. **Responsibilities** * Customer service (in person, by phone, and via email) * Late check-in/check-out and management of nighttime arrivals * Reservation management and modifications (PMS/Channel Manager) * Handling payments, cash register operations, and shift closing procedures * Incident resolution and coordination with maintenance/security as needed * Basic supervision of common areas and routine patrols **Requirements** * **Advanced Spanish** (mandatory) * **Advanced English** (mandatory) * **French is highly desirable** * Availability for **night shifts**, as well as rotating weekends and holidays * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Experience in hostels/hotels and familiarity with PMS systems is a plus Employment type: Full-time Salary: €9.00–€10.00 per hour Work location: On-site
