This will be achieved by building sustainable products that are superior to traditional technology in terms of Performance, Emotion and Design. #### **The Role** As Stark scales globally across the VARG platform and future product lines, we need a commercially minded controller who brings transparency, pricing discipline, and analytical rigor into the heart of the business. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Operations, and Strategy. You will challenge assumptions, drive pricing governance, and build scalable commercial controlling structures that support rapid growth without sacrificing profitability. We are looking for a commercial \& pricing controller who can push the sales organization with facts, create accountability through data transparency, and help Stark move from reactive pricing decisions toward automated, intelligence\-driven commercial steering. ### **What You’ll Do** * **Commercial Transparency \& Performance Steering:** Build and maintain transparent commercial reporting across products, markets, channels, and customers. Provide clear visibility into pricing quality, gross margins, rebates, discounts, contribution margins, and profitability drivers. * **Pricing Strategy \& Automated Pricing Models:** Develop and implement scalable pricing models that dynamically reflect raw material costs, FX exposure, logistics, market positioning, competitive benchmarks, and target margin structures. Drive automation of pricing governance within ERP and BI systems to reduce manual decision\-making and improve speed and consistency. * **Sales Performance Challenge \& Support:** Act as a business partner to the commercial organization by challenging pricing decisions, discount structures, campaign profitability, and customer business cases. Push for accountability and data\-driven decision\-making while supporting sustainable revenue growth. * **Margin \& Profitability Optimization:** Monitor margin development by product, region, and sales channel. Identify leakage points and proactively drive corrective actions to protect profitability during rapid scale\-up and international expansion. * **Forecasting \& Commercial Planning:** Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling related to revenue, pricing, mix, and profitability. Build tools that allow management to simulate the impact of pricing changes, FX fluctuations, and cost movements in real time. * **Develop Pricing Model:** Dvelop a pricing model including suggestions for pricing increases/decreases. * **Process Digitalization \& BI Development:** Drive the implementation of automated dashboards and commercial KPI tracking within ERP and BI environments.
