

In the Youth Group, we meet once a month to practice meditation, explore Buddhist teachings applied to daily life, and strengthen our connection with ourselves and others. You will learn meditations such as breath awareness (*mindfulness*) and *metta bhavana* practice to cultivate greater emotional stability and a more positive attitude. We offer small-group sessions where, in addition to getting to know one another better, we delve into how to bring Buddhism into our everyday lives in a practical and meaningful way. At the end of each meeting, we usually go out together for a meal and share time in a relaxed atmosphere. If you are 35 years old or younger and interested in Buddhism or meditation, we welcome you! In this session, we will explore: **What does it truly mean to be positive?** According to the Buddhist tradition, a cheerful attitude, a smile, or even the simple attempt to see the bright side of things does not constitute true positivity.
