Joint coordination—with external legal counsel—of litigation strategies, representing the company legally and attending conciliation hearings / court proceedings. * Definition and monitoring of **area-specific KPIs**, seeking efficiencies through internal process automation. Liaison and follow-up with departments and subsidiaries to ensure accurate reporting, dashboards, and metrics related to the HR function. * Management of the **Occupational Risk Prevention** policy and proper implementation of the Group’s wellness program. * Development and monitoring of the **Equality Plan**. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Labor Relations / Law / Labor Sciences. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Administration or Labor Relations. * Proven experience leading teams. * Fluent English (mandatory) to interact effectively with international teams. * Experience in collective bargaining and labor relations management. * Prior experience in multinational environments and/or technology companies is highly valued. * Advanced knowledge of Labor Legislation and Social Security (SEPE, SILTRA, etc.). * Payroll processing and HR administration processes. * Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention and Equality Plans. * Advanced proficiency with ERP tools (A3 and SuccessFactors). * Experience using automation and data analysis tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, or similar. **Do you see yourself fitting this profile?
