End-to-end management of recruitment processes The selected candidate will join the Human Resources Department of Corporación Everest, a business group with over 50 years of experience in waste management and recycling across Catalonia, assuming a key role in identifying, selecting, and onboarding talent across all organizational areas — from operational plant and fleet staff to technical and administrative personnel. This position has a direct impact on the company’s structured growth, working closely with department heads to ensure newly hired individuals align both professionally and culturally. Comprehensively manage recruitment processes — from identifying staffing needs through to onboarding selected candidates. Publish job openings on the most appropriate channels according to profile (job portals, professional networks, alternative channels, etc.). Screen applications and conduct pre-selections aligned precisely with actual job requirements. Conduct telephone and in-person interviews, assessing competencies, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain continuous coordination with department heads to define job profiles, priorities, and hiring conditions. Support candidates throughout the entire process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Coordinate onboarding: documentation, start dates, and initial orientation. Keep the candidate database up to date. Collaborate in drafting and improving job descriptions. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in personnel recruitment. Practical knowledge of recruitment processes: posting, screening, and interviewing. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational, planning, and process-tracking abilities. Proficiency in office software and job portals. * Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Degree * Catalan (spoken – advanced, written – advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time schedule * Monthly gross salary ranging from '1800' to '2100'
