REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT environments * Knowledge of information security (ISO 27001, security controls, risk analysis) * Ability to coordinate technical and business teams in agile (Scrum/Kanban) or traditional (PMI) environments * Experience in vendor management and delivery timelines * Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project or similar) * Basic cybersecurity knowledge: firewalls, patch management, hardening, event monitoring (SIEM) * Ability to prepare project status reports and security metrics * Communication and leadership skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams **Preferred qualifications:** * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications * Security certifications such as CompTIA Security\+, CISA, or similar * Prior experience in the retail or logistics sector **What do we offer?** * **Location**: **On-site in Palau de Plegamans, Barcelona.** * **Permanent and long-term contract:** (Stable project with continuity outlook) * **Flexible compensation:** Option to choose among various benefits, including meal vouchers, health insurance, transportation card, or childcare vouchers. * **Continuous training:** Opportunities for professional development and learning.
