Responsibilities include implementing and managing the legionella prevention process, completing corresponding records, ensuring facilities comply with current regulations, leading the emergency plan, maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in optimal condition, diagnosing facility conditions and reporting to the hotel director, promoting and implementing energy-saving and efficiency measures, and managing inventory and spare parts with management approval. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTSPrior experience in a similar position. Technical education \+ installer certifications. Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.).
