We are currently seeking a University Internship Technician for our Barcelona office. What will your responsibilities be? \- Serve as the liaison with universities, business schools, and training centers to establish collaborations enabling the attraction and development of young talent. \- Coordinate with other teams and departments to identify talent needs and opportunities for improvement in training and development programs. \- Monitor and support interns to ensure their integration and achievement of learning objectives and contributions to the team. ### **Requirements** Education in Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience. High level of English proficiency.
