Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Integration professional for daytime support, focused on planning, accompanying, and monitoring socio-educational and personal development activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of socio-educational and personal adjustment activities. 2. Promotion of personal and social autonomy in daily life. 3. Collaboration in occupational therapy and personal development programs. **Would you like to work at Fundació LaFACT La Factoría Social de Terrassa?** We are looking for a Social Integration professional to join our daytime support team. **What will you do with us?** * Planning and implementation of socio-educational, community-based, and personal adjustment activities, tailored to the needs and interests of participants. * Accompaniment and support in daily life activities, fostering personal and social autonomy, and ensuring wellbeing and safety. * Monitoring, observation, and documentation of participants’ progress, providing feedback and improvement proposals to the interdisciplinary team. * Collaboration in occupational therapy activities and individualized programs, supporting active participation and personal development. * Coordinated work with the technical team, families, and the community environment, including participation in meetings, continuous training, and application of service protocols. **What do we expect from you?** * Qualification in Social Integration or Social Education * Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and Spanish * Residence in Vallés Occidental (preferred) **What can we offer you?** * Immediate hiring under a temporary contract covering sick leave replacement. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. * Annual Gross Salary: €23.354,8 (14 payments) *At Fundació LaFACT Social de Terrassa, we consider diversity one of our fundamental pillars and promote an inclusive work environment based on cooperation and mutual respect, offering equal opportunities to all individuals regardless of race, cultural background, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or religious beliefs.
