Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Account Executive with a consultative mindset and \ Key Highlights: 1. Lead with a consultative mindset to identify sales opportunities. 2. At Convista, we are in a full growth phase and looking for a professional to strengthen our sales department in the role of Sales Account Executive. • Lead with a consultative mindset to identify transformative sales opportunities for services and products. • Bring solid experience in business development. Demonstrable capabilities and experience across various business sectors, customer management, service management, and new lead generation. • Manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with other Account Executives, Area Leads, and AEs within our partners' ecosystem. • Develop expansion opportunities from the existing customer base and acquire new target accounts. • We seek someone with a strong "HUNTER" mindset and the ability to generate new customers who will support our growth vision. * 3 years of experience. • Experience selling software services and products. • Solid experience in customer management and demand generation for new customers and markets. • Clear experience in consultative selling, with deep knowledge of aligning clients' AS\-IS models with TO\-BE models. • Ability to advise clients by designing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. • More than 3 years of experience in a quota-managed role at an IT services and products provider, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. • Valuable experience working for software solution distributors or manufacturers (ERP, CRM, TMS, etc.). • In-depth knowledge of the ERP market ecosystem, industry, and key players. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Diploma or Technical Engineering Degree * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional benefits: Health insurance and meal vouchers, plus variable compensation.
