Our objective is to support children, young people, and families in their personal and educational development, promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and social cohesion. **Offer** Open Spaces is a public space dynamization project held across six school courtyards in the city, from Monday to Sunday afternoons during the summer period. The project explicitly aims to provide participants with an autonomous, self-managed space for using the facilities, as well as access to high-quality, organized socio-educational activities. Use of the space is designed to accommodate participants of diverse age groups, although young people constitute the primary user group. We are currently seeking staff for the summer of 2026 (June 25 to August 30). Vacancies are available across various shifts: * **Weekend Team:** 11 weekly hours on Saturdays and Sundays, either from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM or from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (depending on project needs). * **Weekday Team:** 25 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, either from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM or from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (depending on project needs). **Tasks and Responsibilities** * Dynamize the open space (school courtyards open to the neighborhood). * Maintain order and care for the space. * Manage the space respectfully and mediatively. * Apply an intercultural and gender perspective in interventions. * Manage scheduled activities. **Working Conditions** * Start Date: June 29, 2026\. * End Date: August 31, 2026\. * Part-time position. * Fixed-term discontinuous contract with a two-month probationary period. * Salary: Corresponding to the “Pedagogical Project Coordinator” category under the Catalan Socio-Cultural Leisure Collective Agreement. **Profile:** **Minimum Requirements** * Prior experience working with young people and in dynamization, especially in open spaces; e.g., summer camps, youth centers, or other educational services. * Studies related to the social field (Social Integration, Social Work, Social Education, etc.). * Good command of Catalan and Spanish.
