We cultivate, process, and select our products to guarantee flavor and quality from the source. **Do you want to join us to bring our purpose to the community?** **What will you do?** Your main mission will be to ensure the availability and proper condition of machinery, facilities, and vehicles at our Warehouses and Transport department, thereby guaranteeing distribution and supply to stores and end customers (online), in accordance with the quality standards and deadlines established by Ametller Origen. * Manage and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and installations for warehouses, machinery, and Group vehicles — either through the CAU Platform (internal support) or via specialized external suppliers — ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. * Coordinate claims management with the insurance company and the Compensation Department, monitoring each case’s progress and providing necessary documentation and information. * Collect and manage various budget proposals for technical interventions related to repairs, improvements, or acquisitions, ensuring all required information is available for approval and execution. * Document repairs carried out on different assets (vehicles, machinery, facilities, etc.) to enable tracking and facilitate medium- and long-term technical and economic decision-making. * Serve as the operational liaison with the CAU Platform, ensuring correct communication and execution of reported incidents and monitoring of services rendered. * Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) for warehouse staff upon new hires — preparing, invoicing, and delivering the corresponding materials once notified by the Contracting Team — while also supporting storage and delivery of PPE from the central office warehouse. * Place orders for warehouse consumables, hardware, and cleaning supplies, ensuring stock availability and control necessary for proper facility operation. * Assume and carry out any tasks deemed necessary within the scope of this area to guarantee smooth operations, participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives to professionalize both your own role and that of the Group. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM/CFGS) in Administration and Finance or equivalent. * Additional knowledge: Technical knowledge relevant to the field of activity. * Computer skills: Microsoft Office (intermediate–advanced level) and SAP. * Required experience: 1–3 years in similar roles. **What do we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a leading, expanding company in the sector. * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time work. * Salary according to value. * Location: Barcelona (Zona Franca). *Do you want to become part of our team?*
