Collaborate with security staff and event personnel We are seeking an **Access Controller** for a nightclub serving as a safe and welcoming space for the LGBTI community. * **Entry and exit control:** Manage crowd flow and ensure the venue’s maximum capacity is not exceeded. * **Order maintenance:** Monitor attendees’ behavior to prevent conflicts and ensure a safe environment. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with other security professionals, event staff, and, if necessary, law enforcement authorities. Valid Access Controller license (TIP) required. Night shift from 00:00 to 06:00.
