We are looking for a committed, rigorous individual with experience on manufacturing lines who wishes to contribute their talent to a dynamic and well-established team. Requirements * Qualification: Not required * Preferred: \- Vocational training (CFGM / CFGS) in industrial, mechanical or related fields. + Experience or knowledge of industrial management software (SAP, production/manufacturing modules). Personal competencies: + Attention to detail, precision, and quality orientation. + Teamwork ability and adaptability to work procedures. + Good workload management. * Essential requirements: \- Assembly and fitting: Perform assembly of industrial equipment and products following established procedures and specifications. + Quality control: Ensure products meet the highest quality standards and scheduled production timelines. + Workplace maintenance: Maintain order, safety, and efficiency on the production line or at the workstation. + Continuous improvement: Collaborate with the team to optimize and fine-tune manufacturing processes. * Mandatory: \- Demonstrable prior experience in industrial environments, assembly lines, or manufacturing. + Proficiency with manual, electric tools and industrial machinery. + Basic digital skills (Windows user environment). + Availability for immediate incorporation (August) and flexible working hours. + Residence in Centelles, Osona, or nearby areas. + Personal vehicle or means of transport to commute to the workplace.
