Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in asbestos removal and roofing installation for work on rooftops. Key Points: 1. Asbestos removal from roofs, downpipes, and fibrocement gutters 2. Installation of sandwich panel or other material structures and roofing 3. Proven experience in asbestos handling and/or roofing installation Two skilled laborers (officials). Permanent contract. Workplace municipality: Cabrera de Mar. Gross monthly salary: between €2,000 and €2,142 for 14 payments. Intensive working schedule. Working hours: from 07:00 to 15:00. Requirements: experience and knowledge in asbestos handling and/or roofing installation, experience in rooftop work (at heights), valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Desirable: Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) certification and construction sector experience. Asbestos removal from roofs, downpipes, and fibrocement gutters (maximum 4 hours per day according to current regulations). Installation of sandwich panel or other material structures and roofing. * 12 months of experience. Proven experience in asbestos handling and/or roofing installation. Experience in rooftop work (at heights). * Competencies / knowledge: Demonstrable experience and knowledge in asbestos handling and/or roofing installation. Experience in rooftop work (at heights). Desirable: Occupational Risk Prevention and construction sector experience. * Vehicle availability: motorcycle or automobile * Driver's licenses accepted: AM, A1, B * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2141' * Additional relevant information: Working hours: from 07:00 to 15:00.
